This Proseminar do we, together with the material and spiritual culture in Romania employees. Our attention will be directed primarily to the Romanians, that is traditional to their culture, but also to the inter-ethnic relations and their reflection in the Romanian culture. The traditional economy, agriculture and transhumance, are to be considered in its regional variants. We will also take a look at the costumes, folk art and crafts. Furthermore, are the rites of passage (birth, marriage, death); they do highlight an important complex for the individual moments of crisis in life, for their soothing a variety of different regional rituals exist (t) en. Many rituals have the imagination of Romanian writers excited, until they have processed in their plants folklore motifs. It is therefore important for us to develop an understanding of the Romanian magic, myths, legends, ballads, the rural astronomy, the agricultural calendar, toponymy, ethno medicine and the ideas of space, time and causality.
